For us COVID isn't a short term workplace experiment – adopting working practices that will fade away in time. Our mobile way of working is here to stay and offers the best opportunity to provide optimal working conditions for all our employees.

WEEKLY STAND UPS
Weekly stand-ups to review the work done, discussions to find the best solutions and value contributions of the individual consultant for the team are part of the agenda.
QUARTERLY GET TOGETHERS
We meet up every few months for a joint exchange, improve the understanding of the individual team members and to catch-up with colleagues.
Innovative Working Environment
We have equipped ourselves with the most modern communication tools available and always employ the most up-to-date and efficient software solutions to collaborate and solve client requirements.
We can work completely remotely, so location and time become secondary to us.
Each team member is equipped with Mac laptops, additional monitor and iPhone, so that we are able to work on solutions and provide answers for our clients at the desk, in conference room, or on the road.
For us, a career in consulting also means maintaining a healthy work/life balance – combining family and career can be done. Working remotely is a reality and daily business at Dreher Consulting.
We work 100% digitally, use state-of-the-art social software internally for contact within the team, have shared project databases with our clients, make intensive use of web conferencing tools. Our databases and project documentation tools replace filing cabinets. Folders, mountains of files and stacks of paper have no place with us; we deliver solutions, not drawer documents!
