The project management software we use enables extensive data collection on all project activities. We evaluate the generated data statistically in real time and can therefore immediately identify deviations from the target process and, if necessary, initiate countermeasures. These corrections are usually small control variables, as they are applied and effective immediately. In this way, we prevent large, violent control swings, which are usually counterproductive in a project process.

The extensive amounts of data that we have been able to collect over the years before and during ERP consulting are the basis for evaluation by AI algorithms and an important prerequisite for working with AI. We use it to create the basis for probability calculations and can therefore detect deviations before they have a noticeable impact on the project.
