    We will review your application in detail. You will then hear back from us in approximately 2 days.

    We have a chat via a Webconference

    We conduct 100% of the interview via web conference. You don't have to travel to the interview.

    Come visit us at our offices

    After a successful interview, that is then followed up by a personal meeting on site in our office.

  • 05

    If we offer a position - let the onboarding begin!

    After the introductory meeting you will receive your employment contract and the onboarding can begin.

1. What kind of roles do you offer?

We work across consulting in digitalisation, ERP implementation, process optimisation and sustainability. Whether you’re an experienced professional or just starting out, we look for people who are curious, collaborative and ready to shape the future.

Our five-step process is simple and transparent:

  • Submit your application online.
  • We review your CV and respond in approximately two days.
  • We hold a web conference chat (so you don’t have to travel).
  • Then you visit us at our office for a personal meeting.
  • Finally, if everything’s aligned, we send your contract and the onboarding begins.

We are based in Germany (Böblingen) and work in an international environment. We also offer flexible working models so you can balance office presence and remote work depending on your role and team needs.
